Everyone is UNIQUE.  We all have our own tendencies, ticks, quirks & characteristics.  Our thoughts, feelings, perceptions, values & beliefs are what shape our opinions about things and our reactions to experiences and the world around us. 

How our life was, how it is now, and how we want it to be. 

We all walk this earth in our own story, with our own narratives and our own individual, personal experience.  Some of those experiences are good.  Some not so much.  

We all experience varying degrees of suffering, from many different things, in many different ways.  It can enter our lives emotionally through anxiety, depression, fear, guilt, shame, self-loathing, etc.  It also shows up physically in disease, illness, disorders, conditions & physical limitations.  

You would be hard pressed to find a human that hasn’t suffered trauma at some point in their life.  It is the amount to which we experience, endure and overcome that varies.

There is common ground that we human beings all share.  A start point in which we all began and common biological mechanisms. 

We all have a brain, we all have a body, and we all have foundational basic needs.  For example, we all have to sleep, breathe, eat, stay hydrated, move. 

That is survival 101 & forms the foundation of self care

If we don't bother to take care of our basic needs we fall prey to dis-orders and dis-ease.

When our basic needs are not met, things can go very, very wrong.  Not only can our bodies break down when we fail to meet these needs, but so too can our brain.  We can literally lose our minds.

So I pose a couple of questions for you to ponder:

Do you understand what happens within you when you breathe, eat, drink and move? 

Do you understand what is involved in these processes, not only at a biological & physiological level but at a NEUROLOGICAL (brain) one?

And, are you prioritising the care of your basic needs?

As a guide I start by teaching the basic underlying principles that control our being - in easy to understand terms - so that better, more informed decisions are made in taking care oneself in life.  To develop the cognition to take responsive actions rather than reactive ones.  Wisdom to make decisions that harness the neurological power within to manifest positive, impactful, peak performing outcomes and achieve PERMANENT, positive, psychological and neurological changes in your brain.  It's called Neuroplasticity.

Change can happen in many different areas of your life.  Physically, mentally, emotionally, socially and spiritually.  By working with the tools I provide you will gain a new perspective on the way you look at everything in your life and the lives of those around you.  Your partner, your children, your family, your friends, co workers, animals & nature.  All aspects of your life will transform through your new found knowledge and wisdom.

You will be able to identify areas where you need to adapt and change, dis-associate from or engage and as a result of all this - EMPOWER yourself in the process.

I will help you build a solid foundation for your life, grounded in neurological, psychological, physiological & spiritual principles and teachings.  A solid foundation that you will be able to leverage off to achieve success in your life, in whatever way success looks and feels like to you. 

Success in your health, relationships, career, business endeavours, creative personal pursuits & spiritual being.  Even if you don’t know what this means right now, you will soon find out.

As your guide I am your conduit for change, and the person that will encourage you to take RESPONSIBILITY for yourself.  To help you build the strength and endurance - the GRIT - required to empower yourself.
